The eight flats have a modern kitchen fully equipped with dishes and pots, plates and glasses, electric kettle, dishwasher, ventilated oven, coffee machine, double sofa bed, LCD TV screen with sky, iron with ironing board, A/C and independent heating.

In the sleeping area double bed with safe, separate A/C, LCD TV screen with sky. They offer bathroom with shower, washing machine and hairdryer, if the Sofa Bed will be used like Bed an extra charge of € 25.00 per night will be applied.

The House has Free Wi-Fi, underground garage and sun terrace.
A security deposit may be required at check in.

We remind you that in the apartments, for hygienic & service reasons, we do not provide food of any kind – ex. salt, oil, pepper, coffee pods, jam, milk, etc.
